I started work on it in Februay and its close to being finished now...just a few sections to add and some link checking to do! I'll be adding to it all the time so keep checking back.
Sid Vicious is without doubt one of the most iconic images of the punk movement of the mid to late 70's. Although his musical talents were slightly dubious, his image, stage presence, persona and the way in which he lived his short life have ensured he has achieved legendary status. He was dogged by controversy during his musical career both as bassist with The Sex Pistols and in his short period performing solo. Drink, drugs and his volatile and eventually fatal relationship with Nancy Spungen led to his early demise. In February 1979 just months after being charged with his girlfriend's murder in a New York hotel bedroom, Sid died of a heroin overdose.
